Insurance company investigator Zhao Ji (Henry McHenry) travels to a Pacific island nation in search of stolen artworks. With his superb lock-picking skills, he joins a gang of cultural relics thieves led by Xiang Ye (Simon Yam). Together with several partners with their own expertise, he launches a series of thrilling "thefts". In the end, he recovers the artworks and joins the police to arrest the thieves.
